Where are the worst drivers located?

Putting a blinker on to turn has become a lost art.

 

How about other people experiences 

 

Really pisses  me off when people don't use their signals, "hey moron we need to now which way your turning so we can pass or why are you stopping in the middle of the road for no reason."

 

Worst drivers I saw were in Italy, rubbing  is driving over there.

i have lived in a bunch of places and done a bit of traveling.  its Connecticut and its not close

Florida... No blinkers, if there is a small curve in the highway everyone jams on their brakes.

 

NJ has the best drivers b/c they are aggressive as you need to be in this day and age.
