diver Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 I want the Jills back. Nice to look at during a TV timeout.

If they paid them a fair wage, I believe many would be interested. See what Kim thinks. It doesn't really matter to me because I haven't attended a game since the Jills disbanded and the drum started rolling.
mead107 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 I have a picture on my desk of 2 Jills and me. I think around 95 or 96
HOUSE Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 (edited) If the Pegulas want the cheerleaders back its not that difficult, the problems and lawsuit were well before he bought the team The cheerleaders will easily win in court, everything is well documented. A settlement will eventually be made, a fair wage scale, then presto, instant cheerleader, just add water. Edited February 22, 2018 by HOUSE
Big Turk Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Who cares...I could go find hotter women on a weekend trip to the Galleria.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 I'm more concerned about the Bills coming back than the Jills.
Lurker Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 The Jills have about as much chance coming back as leather helmets do...
stevewin Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Perhaps the Jills will come back when Billy Buffalo goes away
Greatdane21 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Not a chance as long as Russ Brandon works here.
msw2112 Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 What if Russ himself donned the Jills uniform? They wouldn't have to pay an additional salary.
ndirish1978 Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 No, they weren't any good and they serve no purpose.
haroldwaide Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Honestly, I don't need cheer leaders, OR a drumline to enjoy the games at the stadium. Or most of the other stuff that passes for "in game entertainment" these days. When I first started going to games they didn't have the jumbotron. They had a scoreboard that showed game information and the occasional black and yellow replay. Fans had to pay attention or they would miss something so they were much more involved in the game. (and louder because of it). Maybe the NFL should think about the weekend teams wear their throwback jerseys REALLY being a throwback type game without all the extra in stadium nonsense. I'd love to see it happen.

Do i I care if the Jills came back, no. If they got rid of the drums would I stop going, no. But just because I don’t care for it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have its merit. Should we get rid of all gps and mapping functions on an iPhone because I don’t use it? You know the answer to that. It’s a silly thing to imagine that because you’re not interested in something it could/should go away. A bit egomaniacal even. Edited February 23, 2018 by Bobby Hooks
PromoTheRobot Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 I really don't see the point. I never got anything out of having cheerleaders. Don't pay attention to them. Don't understand why it's even a thing in pro football.
buffaloboyinATL Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 No way. With all of these sexual harassment charges being filed everyday, it seems to risky. Awful that it has to even be an issue, but adding cheerleaders into a male dominated sports environment seems like asking for trouble these days.
JaCrispy Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 God I hope they never comeback...we were lucky if we had 3 or 4 that were decent looking.
