KGun12TD Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 WOW! If this is true, I would love to have this guy! Sorry, but I didn't see this posted before: CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora "continues to hear" that LCB Marcus Peters "may not be long" for Kansas City. What would it take to get this guy?
DCOrange Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 I give it a 0% chance that McDermott wants to trade what it would take to get Peters/pay what it would take to keep Peters.
GunnerBill Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Very good player (though a tad overrated I think) complete arse of a guy. Maybe Big Andy is loving himself a bit of a process.
BuffaloHokie13 Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 It's not a talent issue, so I doubt our FO would want him either. Would need to know more to really have any opinion on the matter.

26CornerBlitz Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 (edited) Talented player without question, but the character concerns mean he won't be on the Bills' list when you consider the Reid/McDermott relationship. Edited February 20, 2018 by 26CornerBlitz
thebandit27 Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 I could see any of Baltimore, NE, GB, or Pittsburgh making a move. LAR may be another team to watch as well--they're about to lose Trumaine Johnson to FA.
K D Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 he's a head case. he would probably like to go to the Raiders or another west coast team
aristocrat Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 i'm sure they're looking for a 1 or a high 2. i doubt we're in on it but man our secondary would be nice with him.
CommonCents Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 I used to stick up for Peters because his talent level but he is too much of a punk. He screws around on and off the field, no thanks. I'd rather pay Gaines . 1
KGun12TD Posted February 20, 2018 Author Posted February 20, 2018 I didn't realize he was a jerk...Thanks for the input. Makes sense why they're getting rid of him...
whatdrought Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Definitely a big move that could happen, but like everyone else is saying- I don't want him. His implosion this year (vs Jets?) was pretty rough. I think teams know that guys like him and OBJ (guys that can't get out of their own head, but have all the talent in the world) will never truly become what they could be.
YoloinOhio Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 Browns will probably trade for him. They need a corner and Dorsey drafted him.

Peters isn't worth a #1 for me. 1
BuffaloBillyG Posted February 20, 2018 Posted February 20, 2018 KC and the Giants trade boneheads? Peters for Eli Apple and a 3rd-4th? Teams love to use the "fresh start" approach when players have talent. 1

If they give up one of the other 2s KC could package it to move up. I can’t imagine they would get a 1st from anyone for Peters.
