A new report says the woman kicked off a plane to Syracuse last week has been identified as a New York state government employee. Marissa Rundell, a 19-year-old mom from Rochester, shared video of an incident last week, showing an angry passenger "screaming" at staff on a Delta Air Lines flight from New York's JFK Airport to Syracuse's Hancock Airport. The passenger was complaining about being seated near Rundell's 8-month-old son. Spectrum News reports the passenger has been identified as Susan Peirez, program director for the NY State Council on the Arts. "I work for the governor," she can be heard saying at the beginning of the video, referring to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. "You may not have a job tomorrow," Peirez told a flight attendant before being removed from the plane on Feb. 6. An employee for the council said Peirez has been suspended for her behavior.
