May Day 10 Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 He didn't (and never does) say anything... I wonder if HBO has anything to do with pumping the brakes on releasing the final 2 books. Im not so worried about Winds of Winter as much as Dreams of Summer.

He certainly could have wrapped that series up long before he died. I'm really hoping that he's at somewhat writing them together. Like Winds of Winter comes out and Dreams of Summer is 75% done. Then maybe it will only take him 10 years to finish that other 25%.
