26CornerBlitz Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 No real surprise since he was an ERFA who had a very productive 2017 season. 1
BuffaloHokie13 Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Great! He was one of the few I was hoping for in my plan.
Kirby Jackson Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 I think that they “tendered” him an offer instead of “tenuring” him one. That’s a good decision. 2
thebandit27 Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 No-brainer. He's an ERFA and his salary is on the borderline of being top-51. Same goes for O'Leary and Logan Thomas; absolutely zero downside to tendering ERFAs. No offense meant to you 26 (more directed at the "report"), but IMO this ain't even news. 4
BuffaloHokie13 Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Just now, Kirby Jackson said: I think that they “tendered” him an offer instead of “tenuring” him one. That’s a good decision. 2nd round tender I suppose? Can you original round tender a UDFA?
BillsFan130 Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 This is solid news. He was a nice surprise last year

The Now Moment Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Hoping he can build on the year he had and get to the passer more.
machine gun kelly Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Good news. I hope they find a way to keep Gaines
Canadian Bills Fan Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Awesome! I really like this kid and think he will be great

I suspect that all four ERFAs will be back in 2018.
FearLess Price Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Good. We need all the pass rush we can get.
CaptnCoke11 Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 No shock really. They held his rights. No brainer for depth.
