I'm not saying it's right, don't misunderstand.  I'm saying there's degrees of domestic violence, and treating them like one size fits all is absurd.

right. I agree with that.... that's just not how i'm translating what I've seen from you.

but whatever. its really not fun for me to debate this sort of crap. so i'm done with it.

See above.

I've made no attempt to categorize or sum up any kind of offense at all. Please go back and read what I said and explain to me what point you are making

I said earlier with in this thread that I personally have experienced a woman accuses me of domestic violence to take my child away from me.  My biggest concern is the fact that there's no consequences or not heavy enough consequences for false accusations. That girl ruined Foster's name and almost cost him his job. So you're right, no harm no foul right?

You quoted ME.  I made the point, with my first post, which you quoted and responded to.

I chimed in because it seems as though you were saying 110 lb woman had no business of ever being accused of domestic violence. If I'm wrong then I apologize. But I just went back and looked and I'm pretty sure that's what we were arguing about.

Oh well. If I say some awful stuff to my girl and she slaps me, I'm not pressing charges. If she said some awful stuff to me and I put her through a window, I would expect charges.

When did rationality die? Was it 2014?

I talked about when I wouldn't press charges.  That's it.

Her accuser admitted she lied and she submitted video evidence to the DA's office to prove it. Her allegation that he punched her 8 - 10 times was a red flag to me from the beginning.

Yeah she needs to go to jail

Then I apologize.

Sometimes it's good to get clarification on what an argument is actually about, to prevent stupid bickering, ????

Interesting testimony today. Her story smelled fishy from the very beginning, and I cautioned in earlier posts in this thread not to rush to judgement and to grant Foster the presumption of innocence until the facts came out.

This may be her way of getting her $$$? He gets her to say she was lying for x amount of dinero.

I guess you haven’t been following the story?

I don't feel the need to sit on edge and wait for the latest plot twist.  Truthfully I was being sarcastic. I was saying that maybe he is paying her to say she was lying so this doesn't end him. I also said long ago, when it first broke that she was lying, that she should be prosecuted to the fullest.

The woman made allegations,  she said she lied and provided evidence that she lied, she testified under oath that she lied.

Not too many plot twists here.

Yeah me too---he usually can knock his woman out with 4-5 punches, tops.

I've had my nose broken and stitches put in a lip all becuz of "slaps" from my ex. meanwhile having to stand there and take it knowing full well the minute I even tried to restrain her she would cry wolf. she was a complete maniac... I eventually removed her from my life as that's all you can do as a man in that situation... you honestly sound really foolish here with your one really bad example.

You know there are safe places you can go to and services you can avail yourself of when your partner gets violent/beats you.  The key is to just get out...

Ha ha okay bro.

Let me know when you call the cops on your 13 year old son because he takes a swing at you.  "It's a mans world Johnny, I'm charging you for assault!"

And to your children point, imagine the emotional toll it would take on them to see their father call the cops on their mother for slapping him.  Absurdity.

Let me guess, men's right activist?

It NOT ABSURD.  it is more important to remove the children from a situation like that.  You want your kids to grow up believing physical violence is acceptable to dish out OR RECEIVE?

Like I said before, I'm speaking from experience.  It's not a chicken and egg situation either.  If your girl is slapping you around, I doubt it started after you had your kid.  At that point you have to assess your own decisions.

As far as being a men's activist:. I support human rights.  All humans.

So Foster has to live with the specter of guilt now for the rest of him life even though the accuser testified under oath that her story was a fabrication?

Of course it won't. How many pages are there here proclaiming his guilt, and how many pages since the woman that she testified under oath that she is a liar?
