NFL DRAFT
Who should you keep an eye on as we get closer and closer to the 2018 NFL Draft? Bucky Brooks breaks down the five best prospects at every position.

My top 5 (6 after the trade) college draft shopping list would include (before FA's):

1st- DT-Vita Vea or Hurst

1st- trade for 2nd & 3rd w/ Cleve

2nd- ILB-Malik Jefferson

2nd- OLB- U. Nwosu

2nd- QB- M. Rudolph

3rd- CB- McFadden

3rd- TE- M. Andrews

Why would Cleveland do this?

My wish list...it doesn't have to make sense to them, LOL.

I am hoping Cleveland wants to draft one of the falling OT's in the draft and want to beef up the OL for their new QB & RB...

A 2nd and 3rd for a late first rounder is a lot to ask.

I'm wondering if Josh Allen is this year's Ryan Nassib.  Lots of hype but the real NFL guys know he isn't worthy of a top pick.

Ryan Nassib doesn't have the physical tools Allen has been blessed with. Not even close.

If they take a QB near where he falls? I will be fine with that !!!

I wasn't comparing physical tools.  I was comparing the hype and projections.

Who was hyping Ryan Nassib with any kind of projection that he'd amount to anything?  Might have been a lonely few on that limb.

There were dozens of predraft articles and analysts that said he was a first round pick.  Several had him reuniting with Doug Marrone and had the Bills taking him in the first.

This article said he could "skyrocket to the 1st overall pick".  I can't be the only one that remembers the Nassib hype and 1st round projections.

420!

He looked like a marginal NFL talent to me.

I fell for the hype at the time.  Thought these NFL draft experts were seeing something I wasn't.

...and no, I don't smoke.

I'm definitely not knocking you for feeling this way, but honestly I don't even think I'd want Jackson at 22.  I think he's an outstanding athlete, but his accuracy, decision-making, and ability to read NFL defenses concerns remind me too much of someone.

At this point, count me in the all-or-nothing camp who want either Rosen or Mayfield. If we can't get either of those guys I'm perfectly happy staying put and addressing the plethora of other holes we have to fill.

JMHO ☺

I respect your opinion. I originally felt the same way. After watching a lot more tape I see a player with a extremely high ceiling!! Just my opinion
