Even in the case you listed where they found gerrymandering illegal, they made no mention of how the districting ran afoul of the law. That's not a legal issue. Something tells me Douglas Campbell better stay away from parks. It'd be a shame if we saw another Clinton-related 'suicide' caused by someone shooting themselves multiple times in the back of the head. There is one person in jail right now for releasing info on this, so don't hold your breath. I get it though. We can't let the Russians know what we know or they can adjust.
