The Elbow room had some fantastic wings. There was another place not too far from the Elbow room called Sal's It's in the middle of a residential neighborhood. That place had some of the best and hottest wings I have ever had. However, the best wings in the area without question are at the Bar-Bil tavern in East Aurora.
