He only played on ST, but was on the sidelines on defense. They called it a coach’s decision? Anyone hear what the situation was? They really needed him.

I was asking the same question in another thread. Very strange.

All I know is he had the flu earlier in the week.

So maybe B.B thought he wasn’t in great shape to play?

Odd either way, because he wasn’t listed on the injury report

I mentioned in another thread that I'll bet it's because they offered him a low-ball extension, he refused, and this was Bellychick's attempt to teach him a lesson and say they can win without him.  LOL!

Brady is the GOAT without question, and is the reason for the Patriots dynasty.

Is Bellicheck a great coach? Yes. But hes nowhere near the mastermind people think he is.

He arrived one day after the rest of the team in Minnesota per ESPN radio.

Guess Belichek got pissed and benched him.

And yet frequently in these big game the Pats* offense does little in the first half and then after adjustments is unstoppable in the 2nd.

I asked multiple people at the party if any specifics were mentioned. The Pats secondary was getting shredded and still don't put him out there? Strange. This is the end of an era , I'm telling you.

If you are a reasonable thinking person you know that a certifiable genius does not always make genius decisions. It's impossible. The greatest ever QB misses easy passes. Michael Jordan missed a LOT of easy shots. Just because he makes some mistakes doesn't negate that he is a genius. It's very hard to argue he is not the best coach ever.
