None of the above.  From what I understand he's been doing just fine and likely will continue to.

If they tie him to a post, sure.  

 

They can even use five horses, if one of them is a neutral observer.

Once you lose it and that kind of place and it doesn't matter because you're not an inmate anymore have you become a convict
