Bummer. I considered him to to be one of the best D line coaches in the NFL. 

 

But if his his heart wasn't truly in it anymore, it may be better that he moves on and the Bills get someone new (and hungry...).

I do, without Waffle our D linemen are going to get pancaked on a regular basis.

sportrac had him retired as of 1/26 under his transactions section.  They have since fixed it but I posted it in his "retirement" thread.

The unit severely under-performed last year especially in terms of Shaq Lawson not getting better in a crucial season.  So in typical fashion, we just promote two guys who were already on staff who were here with the lack of production last year.  Not to mention, the guy we just promoted there is are questions whether he should be a Dline coach.  He sure doesn't have the resume.

No ambition to get better.  Castillo and Culley still in their positions.  Can't wait to see Alex Smith on this team to really cap off the same as it ever was.
