BillsFan4 Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Bummer. I considered him to to be one of the best D line coaches in the NFL. But if his his heart wasn't truly in it anymore, it may be better that he moves on and the Bills get someone new (and hungry...).

HappyDays Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Oh jeez, what did Brandon Beans do this time? Let me guess, no injury clause in Waufle's contract.

26CornerBlitz Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 A retirement after one season in Buffalo? So Waufle waffled.

26CornerBlitz Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 BILLS DL COACH MIKE WAUFLE ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT Veteran defensive line coach Mike Waufle announced his retirement Monday and the Bills promoted from within to replace him.
Ittakestime Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 The unit severely under-performed last year especially in terms of Shaq Lawson not getting better in a crucial season. So in typical fashion, we just promote two guys who were already on staff who were here with the lack of production last year. Not to mention, the guy we just promoted there is are questions whether he should be a Dline coach. He sure doesn't have the resume.

Castillo and Culley still in their positions. Can't wait to see Alex Smith on this team to really cap off the same as it ever was.
