Great topic. here is my list: Buf: Smith; Allen (not happy, but what I think will happen), Peterson NYJ: draft L. Jackson, keep Hackenberg and Petty. CLE: Darnold Jax: keep Bortles, draft Mike White DEN: Bradford; draft Rudolph NYG: Rosen, Eli, Webb WAS: Cousins. I can't see Washington not tagging him. They have nothing behind him. MIN: Teddy, Keenum ARI: Tyrod, Mayfiled.
Maine-iac Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 Interesting take on the QB movement. It will be an interesting offseason. I don't like the idea of 3 first round picks for anyone.
K D Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 Matt Moore? wtf is with the love for this guy? he is so bad they had to ask a mediocre QB to unretire when their real starter went down and then they played David Fales instead of him vs us in the last game and he almost won. Matt Moore might not even be in the league next year let alone a starting QB haha

I eliminated a few teams that I don't foresee making any changes. Red = rookies, blue = free agents/trades Arizona: Teddy Bridgewater, Baker Mayfield, scrub veteran Atlanta: Matt Ryan, Kyle Lauletta Baltimore: Joe Flacco, Kurt Benkert Buffalo: Sam Darnold, Nate Peterman Carolina: Cam Newton, scrub veteran (possibly bringing Derek Anderson back) Cleveland: Tyrod Taylor, Josh Allen Dallas: Dak Prescott, Sam Bradford Denver: Kirk Cousins, Trevor Siemien Jacksonville: Blake Bortles, Mike White Kansas City: Pat Mahomes, scrub veteran Miami: Ryan Tannehill, Lamar Jackson Minnesota: Case Keenum, Mason Rudolph New England: Tom Brady, Luke Falk New Orleans: Drew Brees, Chase Litton Jets: Josh Rosen, Petty/Hack Seattle: Russell Wilson, scrub veteran Washington: Alex Smith, Colt McCoy, Riley Ferguson Edited January 24, 2018 by DCOrange

Matt Moore might not even be in the league next year let alone a starting QB haha Moore is not good but he does make sense if we draft a young guy who we intend to start right away. He could be the veteran voice in the room and a guy who has played for Daboll. He is definitely not starter material. There will be some veteran in room if we draft a young guy. I think the options are: Sign crappy veteran like Matt Moore, Derek Anderson. Drew Stanton, Chad Henne. Trade up to draft young guy we intend to start right away. Sign or trade for veteran to be long term starter: Bradford, Cousins, Bridgewater, Keenum, Foles. Develop Peterman and late round guy. Sign or trade for really good bridge Alex Smith and draft quarterback we intend to develop for 1-2 years. (this scenario makes most sense to me and could still involve a trade up) Sign or trade for marginal young guys who still might have potential to compete with Peterman. Tyler Bray, Blaine Gabbert, Matt Barkley, Geno Smith (would not like this scenario but could see it if they really love Peterman) .It would be the Kevin kolb-EJ scenario
K D Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 We are too good of a team to either have Matt Moore who we know is terrible or a rookie who even if he's good is going to play like crap in year 1. I think we have to go next level and get Bradford or Alex Smith. If the rookie beats them out then great, if not at least you know you have a middle of the road QB in the meantime 1

/dev/null Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 Some random guesses One of Manning, Brees, or Roethlesberger retires Bills wave a pile of cash in front of Cousins and asks You Like That! before he eventually signs with Miami Tyrod to Pittsburgh Alex Smith stays in KC Keenum and Bradford stay in Minnesota Bridgewater to Arizona Jets cut Hackenberg Cleveland and the Giants pick Darnold/Rosen, or is that Rosen/Darnold? Bills do not draft a QB on day 1. Rumors start that the Bills are trying to acquire Dalton for a second or third. Bills do not draft a QB on day 2 Rumors continue that the Bills are trying to acquire Dalton for a 2019 pick Bills draft a developmental QB on day 3 Bills sign Hackenberg and go into camp with Hackenberg, Peterman, and a developmental QB

I have read so much about the current crop of draft class QBs and I have no idea who's good or bad anymore. One thing I'd prefer when looking back at TT and Fitzy is a deadly ACCURATE QB. I think that trumps arm strength and a trait we haven't seen since Jimbo.
xRUSHx Posted January 25, 2018 Posted January 25, 2018 (edited) Buffalo- Bridgewater, Rudolph,Peterman NYJ- KCousins Clev- Rosen Denv-Foles,Mayfield NYG, Eli, Darnold Wash, Keenum, Allen Ariz-Smith,Falk Minn- Bradford,Jackson,Tyrod Miami-Tann,White I would love for them to trade up for Darnold/Rosen/Mayfield but I think they stay pat and get lucky one of the top 5 is still available and grab Rudolph without any moves since those 3 are gone before the Bills can find a trade partner. JMF2006 Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 Rosen has already said he won't play in Cleveland.

DC knows what AS can do, CK is still a bit of a ???
thebandit27 Posted February 8, 2018 Posted February 8, 2018 I'll place my bet: BUF - Mason Rudolph and vet FA like Chase Daniel or Derek Anderson NYJ - Sam Darnold (6th overall) CLE - Baker Mayfield (4th overall) backing up AJ McCarron JAX - Bortles DEN - Kirk Cousins NYG - Josh Rosen (2nd overall) backing up Eli Manning WAS - Alex Smith MIN - Teddy Bridgewater (contract tolled) backing up Case Keenum ARI - Lamar Jackson backing up Nick Foles

One of those two teams will end up being the winner. I sure hope it's the Bills.
