By "lawn tractor" do they mean a "riding lawnmower" ???

 

So this guy was hammered and riding a lawnmower at 3mph (slower than walking speed) on the road and the cops want to "bust him" for this?

 

Don't these guys have any real police work to do?

 

And while at it, when did "policeman" become the new word for "governmental jurisdictional fee collector" which is all they are in most areas in America.
