Ray Finkel Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Does this look like Bill Bilichick's last?
Xwnyer Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 We can only hope that he and Brady rode off inthe sunset together 1

Manther Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Maybe. More so, seems like a possibility than ever. I have never seen him that emotional, passionate or animated (which does not say to much on the overall emotion, passion animation scale), but, for BB in comparison on that scale it was high.
chris heff Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 So you think he’s not coaching in the Super Bowl? That would be news. 1
jr1 Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 it will be an uphill battle for him with a new OC and DC next year

Hmmmm... He looked as animated as ever after a win.

That is the feeling I got. There was a lot of hugging going on. 5 minutes ago, chris heff said: So you think he’s not coaching in the Super Bowl? That would be news. There is one in every crowd. 1
Call_Of_Ktulu Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 Yet another super bowl I won't be watching.
LABILLBACKER Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 win or lose in the SB, Belichick will most likely be retiring. Just my gut feeling.
Success Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 It’s the only way having to endure this yet again is worth it.
1st&ten Posted January 21, 2018 Posted January 21, 2018 I don't see these smug bast*rds retiring right away---they think they can go on forever.

This is his LIFE, and I think he does not have a life outside of football. How much do you think he puts in? 100 hours a week? More? Less? He does not know anything else. If he keeps winning, he will keep coaching. Wishful thinking.. He may want to spend time with his hot girlfriend. 3 minutes ago, Commonsense said: I'm drunk and you spelt that way wrong I did spell it wrong!

May Day 10 Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) the level of jubilation from belichick certainly exceeded any non superbowl win... and even those dont seem like as much. not sure if its worth reading into. he could have just been happy for his coordinators. or he knows it was his last game in foxboro as the patriots' coach Edited January 22, 2018 by May Day 10
ytownblofan Posted January 22, 2018 Posted January 22, 2018 Here is my theory even though it is most likely extremely off base... ESPN has yet to name Gruden's replacement because they have been tipped off that BB is done after this year, and would be interested in jumping to the booth to stay in football. It would give ESPN more credibility and gives them a guy in the booth that would provide tremendous insight into the game.
