Maybe, but I wouldn't be so sure about it not being a home field type advantage. I went to Super Bowl XL in Detroit as part of the Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline. Pittsburgh is only 292 miles away. There were at least 75% Pittsburgh fans there with the terrible towels and everything. It was like a Steelers home game. Seahawks thought it was going to be neutral field, but it was anything but. Fadingpain Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Jacksonville's D presents an interesting challenge to Brady and the Patriots. They might just be able to frustrate Brady and find a way to score enough to win.

Brady wins Marrone wins Minnesota is no longer 0-4 in SBs Philadelphia and their silly loser football team wins their first SB I'm fine with MIN OR PHI winning.
Domdab99 Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 apparently, you DON'T need a franchise QB to make it to a Super Bowl

Pbomb Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 So i guess the moral of the story is you can win with a good defense and an average qb as long as they can score some points, unfortunately tyrod has 2 tds in 7 games against playoff teams this year 1
ALF Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 I'm not impressed with those 3 QBs , that was a lot of luck and team wins. I was astounded at some of the throws Big Ben made , oh if the Bills could have drafted him.

Here’s hoping, but I’m not sure home field is enough of an advantage to overcome the Pats’*** (or is it Pats***’, or maybe Pats***’s) league and refs in their pocket advantage. Reality is that 3 of the remaining 4 teams had elite QB play during the year and that's why they are playing next weekend. Even Bortles had a string of very good play, including yesterday. 2
psuscott16 Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 If Jax can get enough pressure with their front four, they could slow down Brady enough to have a chance. They need Bortles to have the game of his life or run like crazy all over them. This will be the one and only time I root for Dareus.
Sweats Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Unfortunately, give me any 3 of these QB's, who actually don't mind throwing the ball around over TT any day. Yeah, i said it.

Let's getter done. I'd say Smith is a definite step up from any of them. He is not great, but they are all barely average.
RussellDopeland Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Foles, Bortles, Keenum= Tom Brady: Super Bowl MVP (again )
row_33 Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 The Super Bowl is about anything except the game itself. Good luck if you want to actually see the game. Final Fours are like this as well since they moved it to football stadiums. 2 hours ago, ALF said: I'm not impressed with those 3 QBs , that was a lot of luck and team wins. I saw Ben get crushed in college by Michigan, all the local yokels were whooping it up while I saw a no-brainer great NFL QB of the future doing his best playing for a badly outmatched team.
TheFunPolice Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Normally a 40 year old QB would be retired When you stick around long enough this is what happens I guess. Marriota and Bortles stand between Brady and yet another SB Could gave at least been Smith and Big Ben This is like a bye to the Super Bowl
