BigSky Posted January 12, 2018 Posted January 12, 2018 Could Jeremiah Briscoe be the next Carson Wentz or Jimmy Garoppolo? He was the leading passer by far in the FCS this year and only the second player in FCS history to repeat as the Walter Payton award winner. He looks like he has the size and attributes to be a starter in the NFL. I like the idea of the Bills picking him up with one of their existing draft picks and using the others to fill the many other roster needs. They could pick up a veteran QB to allow him to develop.
