why do you need to know my race? Do you have a problem with my negative comments about Neo Nazis?

I'm curious whether you're an angry black man with a chip on his shoulder or a guilty white boy trying to pump up his self-image by taking his uber original anti-racism agenda to the extreme.

Are you claiming that you can read black peoples' minds? That's quite a racist thing to claim.

I never wondered if they were friends either. Once again, you're confused.

Perhaps you should just go to bed and sleep your bender off?

Goodnight...

That's a really ridiculous comment. So now beside Yannick and bennett, I'm a racist?

Which would make sense, if he wasn't born in DC and grew up in Bowie, MD.

Im certainly not accusing him of being well spoken and highly nuanced here- just spitballing what he may have been getting at instead of jumping to insulting him

though im sure he will likewise elaborate on that half too so I’ll only speculate so much

Do you feel the same about the Irish going on about their heritage on st patricks day ? they shouldn't talk about it because they were born in the US?

at least you are curious about something, you don't come off very intelligent. Do you support what the confederate flag stands for?

The problem is that what he's getting at is massively ignorant, and increasingly believed by too many people.  Ancestry is not heritage is not race is not citizenship.  My ancestry is German.  My heritage is not.

Or 30% of black players aren’t of African heritage? It’s maybe possible the alleged comment was about Africa, and not just being black so he was calling out that aspect clumsily in his tweet

That seems likely. Of course African is no more a race than Bostonian is. And making fun of something African is no more racist than making fun of that ridiculous Boston accent.

Either way he's dug himself in so deep with his nonsense that he feels has no choice, but to go full numbskull...

You know it's (ancestry) what he meant even if he didn't use the correct term.

No, I don't.  There are a lot of black people in America who think their heritage is African, even though they've never set foot in Africa.  I've known a few.  I've also known the African immigrants - people actually from Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe - who laugh at their ignorance.

Quoted for posterity.

And I'll take that to mean you're a lilly white SJW. We all respect you for being so "woke".

keep the insults coming, i'll just assume you're a racist. I think that's a safe bet.

Yes.

You know who agrees with me?  The Irish.

If someone is using a racial slur as alleged here, then I doubt it was because of heritage.

Because Bennett and others love to call everything racist if true or not.

Racism is so hot right now.      Nazi’s are everywhere all of a sudden ??‍♂️

Your posts have been stupid in this thread . I bet you've been saying the same thing in different variations for 20 years.
