Jay_Fixit
Actually pretty surprised by this. I’d take him over Rosen any day though.

buffaloboyinATL
Wow, I did not think he would but it is hard to wait for all that money.

He is a top 3 lock, buy low, sell high. Going back to school could lose him a lot of money and OTOH I don't think he is ready for the NFL, he needs to sit for a year but he has a higher ceiling than Rosen. BillsVet
Strange be thinking about playoff games and not the forthcoming QBs available.

It is easy to think about both, though. Have been all season. Ready to win on Sunday, but my eyes are also in the big picture knowing we have to get a lot better at the most important position in sports.
Buffalo_Stampede
Good. The more the better. I still want Baker Mayfield. 3

Happy
I was thinking Darnold would stay in school. Kind of surprising he declared.

The last thing Sam wants is risk being Matt Barkley. If he stays and gets hurt he's Barkley. If he stays and has another so so year he's Barkley. He's making the right decision and if he needs more development he can do it on a pro team holding a clipboard for a year.
H2o
Darnold should have went back, but I understand why he went pro. Cash in while you can. Would rather have Mayfield or Rosen though.
Saxum
I was expecting a Shermanesque statement statement from at least one of them: ""If drafted by the Browns, I will not play."
Mat68
Smart for both Qbs. Rosen would continue to get beat up and he doesnt fit Chip Kellys system. Darnold has all the tools and would be better equipped to just learn and grow in a pro offense. With rollouts and traditional play action. I think Buffalo goes hard for a shot at either. papazoid
good decision if you are a top 15 pick in draft....you go....no need to risk injury with another year of college
/dev/null
Browns: Darnold Giants: Rosen (should send Darnold a fruit basket thanking him for not having to be being drafted by Cleveland) Colts: Barkley #4 is where the trades start happening
