CEN-CAL17 Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 (edited) Ray Lewis TO Randy Moss Alan Faneca - 9x ProBowl, 6x All Pro, SuperBowl Champ... Faneca makes it for sure! Edgerrin James? Edited January 3, 2018 by 1ZAYDAY1 1
Iron Maiden Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 I know Ty Law was good...but I don't remember him being HOF good..... 1
Buddy Hix Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 I stopped caring about Canton when they shunned TO. And I'm not even a huge TO fan, but the hypocrisy and idiocy ruined the HOF for me. 2

Helpmenow Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 (edited) Stats, hello yards from scrimmage where he had over 2000. 4 x pro bowler Numerous passes caught pretty impressive. look at the Super Bowl teams and how many are selected from those team, Montana, young, rice, Haley, and lot. OldTimeAFLGuy Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 ..Hutchinson should be in......he and Walter Jones were a formidable left side.....Holmgren called them "legendary" in the same class as Shell & Upshaw.....
John in Jax Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 If Lewis gets in....and I think he will....I understand that they are going to put his bust right next to OJs, and have a little disclaimer plaque nearby. ???

IMO Hutchinson, Faneca and Mawae should get into the HOF. But, I could never see them all going in at once. Coin toss to let two of the three in this year.

auburnbillsbacker Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 I hope Tony Boselli makes it in. He was the only offensive lineman I can think of that completely neutralized Bruce Smith. I know his career was short due to his back, but he played at a much higher level than Joe Thomas in my opinion, who is a lock to be a first ballot Hall of Famer. I feel like Lewis, Moss, and Owens should be locks but WRs usually have to wait to get in, especially when they have questionable character. It is said that Alan Faneca is a lock to make it in, but Kevin Mawae and Steve Hutchinson seemed like a better players to me. I might have a Mawae bias however, due to his career battling Ted Washington during his time with the Jets. Urlacher was outstanding, but similar to Boselli, his neck shortened his career. He should get in though.
GunnerBill Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 TO goes in this year. I think Moss might as well.
JPL7 Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 How is Steve Hutchinson a finalist and Kent Hull has never been one?? That has always baffled me! 1

row_33 Posted January 24, 2018 Posted January 24, 2018 Lewis and Urlacher for sure. The token offensive lineman and old dude nobody remembers will get in as well. WRs have a tougher road to get in mostly...

Saxum Posted February 3, 2018 Posted February 3, 2018 I hope they make Ray Lewis wait a year for that mess he was part of in Atlanta.
