folz Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 In ending the drought with a 22-16 win that mirrored the 22-16 loss in Nashville in 1999, the dreaded Johnson/Flutie Homerun Throwback (forward pass) game---our last postseason appearance----the Bills removed the so-called Flutie Curse. Now we face a coach that quit on us, leading a team that beat us in our last home playoff game back in 1996. That second-year Jaguars team knocked Kelly out of the game with a concussion, to end his career, and put the last nail in the coffin of the Super Bowl era teams, with a 30-27 victory. Time to finish cleaning the slate. #FreshStart #NewEra
MyDogLuvsPB Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Amen to that bud! It would be so sweet to return the favor. They are supposedly favored next week. If we win on to Foxboro.
Herc11 Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 Wouldn't it be wild if Buffalo and Tennessee advanced to face each other in the AFC Championship??? Talk about cleaning the slate.

stevewin Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 (edited) Hasn't seen it talked about much - the '96 game was the first thing I thought of when it was determined we were playing the Jags (that, and Natrone Means). After Kelly was carted off, and the outcome was determined, you could actually feel the glory years just having bled out right then and there. That was a true End of an Era - this is the beginning of a new one. Edited January 1, 2018 by stevewin

Marrone has a hissy fit and left thinking he was a lock for the Jets job. That's the actually history. Right. Then we all laughed when he didnt get the job. Then....he gets hired as an OL coach for Jax... we all laugh at his demotion.... In the back of a hidden deli looking at a meatball sub, Marrone sits on his paycheck from obd and makes another cool 6 figure at Jax at the same damn time!!! Fleeced!!! Then...it happens.... The Marrone revenge game in London 2015.... StDoug uses his powerful voodoo on EJ Manuel psyching him out, into throwing 3 picks in 10 mins for 20 points against. Bills lose. Marrone walks away laughing as the OL coach....weasely biding his time... 2017 offseason. Bradleys fired. Marrone plays politics and takes the HC job and brings Hackett in with em.... Marrone Returns: Revenge of the frat house Bills 2016. We play Jax with our playoffs still on the line and Tyrod has a signature win, leading one of his rare 4qt comeback wins. Marrone is pissed. Looks like ans @sshole Marcel Dareus trade: it happens. People are pissed. 2018 Jan. Bills vs Marrone III : The Ultimate Revenge Featuring Marcel Dareus for the World Ralph Wilson heavyweight title belt. This Sunday!!! On PPV!!!
Heavy Kevi Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 If we can keep winning, it could be redemption road. In Jacksonville In Foxborough Vs Rams?
