Poz and Marcel will bring their A games on Sunday. Poz is the 3rd LB on that team we should be worried about as fans. I have been joking all week and saying that if a hypothetical defensive play was drawn up where Telvin Smith, Myles Jack and Poz each had to cover 1/3 of the field, the actual responsibilities would end up looking more like a Venn diagram. 45% for Jack, 45% for Smith and a 10% overlap where they just cover for him 1
Livinginthepast Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 If the Bills are going to win this, they have to get up early and force Bortles and the Jags to chase the game. If they can get the Jags to abandon the run and Bortles panics it will rain INTs. If the Jags get the run game going, the Bills are dead meat.
Franco_92 Posted January 6, 2018 Posted January 6, 2018 Flew back to school (midwest) today. Buffalo airport was unsurprisingly packed with Bills gear, but it warmed my heart to see more Bills clothing than any other sports attire in Atlanta this afternoon, even with Georgia's football game this weekend and many flights straight to Florida from WNY!

26CornerBlitz Posted January 6, 2018 Author Posted January 6, 2018 (edited) Around the NFL: Bills vs. Jaguars: AFC Wild Card Weekend Preview Quote By Chris Wesseling - Around the NFL Writer The Backstory It's been a long time between postseason appearances for both teams. Sunday will mark 17 years and 6,574 days -- the longest active playoff drought across the four major U.S. sports -- since the Bills fell to the Titans in the infamous Music City Miracle. Jacksonville, meanwhile, has gone nearly a decade (3,648 days) without a tournament appearance. That's not the only common DNA between the two organizations. Jaguars head man Doug Marrone guided Buffalo to 15 wins over 2013 and 2014 before a clause in his contract prompted him to opt out as a rare coaching free agent upon new owner Terry Pegula's purchase of the Bills. Miscalculating his market, Marrone was forced to toil in obscurity as assistant head coach/offensive line coach in Jacksonville until Gus Bradley's firing afforded him a two-game audition that led to the permanent job last January. If that video doesn't give you chills as a Bills fan, nothing will. Wow.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 6, 2018 Author Posted January 6, 2018 Fairburn's prediction Season record: 9-7 On the one hand, it's easy to the see the Jaguars turning this game into a blowout win if they are firing on all cylinders. Their defensive line and secondary have the potential to eat the Bills alive. If Buffalo can slow down Leonard Fournette, the game could get ugly. But there's also a path to a Bills' victory here. If Tyrod Taylor takes care of the football, and the Bills can get a few big plays on offense, they just need to put the ball in Blake Bortles' hands. Bortles has five interceptions in the last two weeks and has never played in a playoff game before. This game could come down to which defense makes the big play. Bills 17, Jaguars 13 Talbot's prediction Buffalo enters the playoffs for the first time since the 1999 season as big underdogs and it’s easy to see why. Jacksonville’s run game and pass rush match up very well against the Bills. Making things more difficult, Buffalo’s top offensive weapon will be at less than 100 percent. Anything can happen on Sunday, but it’ll be difficult for Buffalo to leave Jacksonville with a win. Jaguars 24 - Bills 13 MY PICK: Jaguars 20, Bills 13.

Jville does a good job of hiding him, but hopefully we find a way to exploit that matchup.
