They are beatable, but if the Jags backed into the playoffs than how did the Bills get there? Jacksonville is by far the more talented team. It is going to take a lot to beat them, IMO. Bills have a shot, but there's a reason just about everyone outside of Buffalo thinks Jacksonville wins. The last quarter or the season Jacksonville went 2-2. Losing the the last two games of the year. Buffalo went 3-1 with the loss at New England, winning the last game of the season to get in. Jacksonville is the definition of backing into the playoffs. Played their worst game on defense all year in San Fran and playing terrible on offense in Tennessee. 2 bad losses to end the year and go into the playoffs.
26CornerBlitz Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 14. LAST WEEK: 15 Many of the things we said about the Jaguars, we could say about the Bills, although Buffalo has a better quarterback and a weaker running game and defense than Jacksonville. Tyrod Taylor, our 12th-highest graded quarterback, will likely have to make due without his best weapon on offense in LeSean McCoy. He’s gotten in sync with tight end Charles Clay of late, though, completing 6-of-7 targets to him Sunday in Miami for 64 yards. With the Jaguars’ stud cornerbacks likely handling what is a weak receiving corps for the Bills, it will be up to Taylor and Clay to move the ball, and the Bills’ 14th-highest rated defense to make enough plays to earn them their first playoff
26CornerBlitz Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 Thursday update: “He’s been great” HC Doug Marrone on FS Tashaun Gipson as the Jaguars prepare to play Buffalo Sunday in an AFC Wild Card Playoff game at EverBank Field: “I thought he had a year worthy of being a Pro Bowl player”

26CornerBlitz Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 Mike Rodak ESPN Staff Writer Bills coach Sean McDermott said LeSean McCoy's departure from Thursday's practice after stretching was planned. He will be listed as did not practice on injury report. "I think we're headed in the right direction," McDermott said. "Will we be able to get there in time? We'll see." LeSean McCoy walked through locker room Thursday afternoon with his head entirely covered in a towel and with headphones on. He grabbed something from his locker and walked out. Did not say anything to reporters gathered at his locker.

Bills fans are awfully cocky this week after sneaking in the playoffs for the first time in 18 years. Are we [the Bills community] in or not. I know plenty of Ravens fans who didn't want "their" team to make it in. I hope they have an escort through the snow covered highways down south Edited January 4, 2018 by ShadyBillsFan

Let’s not act like this is a12 win team that’s on a roll. They backed into the playoffs while bortles started to be the bortles we’ve all come to know over his career. Sorry if we think that’s a team that’s fairly beatable. And honestly if McCoy was 100% this spread would probably be only 3 or 4 Pts. The jags are favored and rightly so. But nobody should be surprised if buffalo comes out with the W Winning the division is not backing into the playoffs. Needing help to secure a wild card is.

Wrong! Backing into the playoffs is when a team loses and subsequently gets help to get in. The Bills did their part with a win. They did not back in. Edited January 4, 2018 by 26CornerBlitz
