Saxum Posted December 31, 2017 Posted December 31, 2017 http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000900837/article/indianapolis-colts-fire-chuck-pagano-after-412-year The Colts fired Pagano on Sunday in the wake of a 4-12 campaign -- his worst mark in his seven years as Indy's head coach. The firing came shortly after the team's 22-13 win over the Houston Texans.
JimKellyTryouts Posted December 31, 2017 Posted December 31, 2017 He never had a chance from the get go. Luck's injury has essentially been for the three years Pagano has been in limbo, and it's not like he had any help from the roster that Grigson built for him. He seems like a great guy, and I'm sure there'll be DC work for him if he doesn't want a year off.
8-8 Forever? Posted December 31, 2017 Posted December 31, 2017 Such a bull crap move. When Luck went down, the season was lost. So hey let's fire the coach what the hell. One guy who sucks up all the cap space so you have nothing at back up QB. So let's blame it on the coach. Gotta love the NFL.

He's a bad coach. accept it---Bruce Arians was the Colts best HC in years.

Sure he went 500 with Luck during the last year he played, but there's far more variables than that. He was playing through a torn labrum. And again, Grigson was a horrible GM that didn't give his battered QB or HC any help whatsoever. I

Hard to admit it, but the Colts got better as soon as pagan went out with cancer. They steadily got worse when he came back.
