One of the issue we had was that we were "leaders" (or one of the leaders) in the league in three and outs. 

 

P.S. Rex replaced Roman with Anthony Lynn  who is now a HC while Roman is merely a senior offensive assistant and not even a coordinator with the Ravens.

If you call what he did in BUFFALO  " A HEAD COACH" then good on you!

 

In my view, if he took his acting skills as serious as his coaching skills, he might still be a coach
