ROCCEO Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 espn.com reports..... http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/wire?section=nfl&id=2007638 THis just proves how good the Schobel extension was.
ROCCEO Posted March 8, 2005 Author Posted March 8, 2005 what were the numbers for schobel's K? 267139 I believe it was 5 years, 23 million, 6.75 million signing bonus.
Larry Playfair Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 hmm. but the numbers arent that much different. do you believe that schobel is a better player for that money?
ROCCEO Posted March 8, 2005 Author Posted March 8, 2005 hmm. but the numbers arent that much different. do you believe that schobel is a better player for that money? 267147 Without a doubt, dont forget Okeafor got to see the Cards, Rams and 49ers twice each last year. If only he signs with the Rams sometime he can play for ever NFC west team at some point in his career. Id say Schobel isa lot more proven talent than Okeafor. PLus in Seattle he got to work opposite Winstrom and in SF he got to work opposite Andre Carter.
stuckincincy Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 Looks like the Cards are taking steps to improve on last year.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 Looks like the Cards are taking steps to improve on last year. 267163 First time in 50 years you can say that about them...
stuckincincy Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 First time in 50 years you can say that about them... 267165 Those late '60's and early '70's teams with Hart and Wilson and Metcalf and Smith were pretty good.
Larry Playfair Posted March 8, 2005 Posted March 8, 2005 http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/133380 http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/235241 stats are similar, but playing in the pathetic nfc west definately skews this. locking up players before they hit the market is always better......um.....td.....sign nate now.
