Steeler DB did not have control of the ball before he rolled out of bounds. Still called an interception. There's the NFL for you.

There wasn't enough video evidence to overturn.

The fine print applies when the Patriots* interests are impacted

Or as my Dad remarked, if that was the Patriots the replay would have resulted in Defensive Pass Interference

Seeing how god awful Yates is, it’s a little scary McBeane had handpicked him to be part of our qb group a few months ago, as well as choosing to bring back Tyrod this year. It does definitely make you wonder whether they are capable of finding our future qb. Previous front offices couldn’t. Let’s hope they can, but this years decision making regarding qb’s shouldn’t make anyone overconfident.

You must think there are franchise QBs just laying around waiting to be signed.

What I think happens is QBs they have worked with coaches before get brought in. Wasn't that the case with Yates and Dennison?

He was brought in because of system familiarity and they released him when he showed his ineptitude. Would have been scary if they kept him!

We really could have used a Texans win here to keep Jacksonville in the race for a bye. Was asking for too much.

TJ Yates putting on a clinic....a lepresy clinic.

At least we had enough brain cells to release him. With Pitt easily winning today the Jags will have nothing to play for. It will all come down the Andy and AJ....

Starting a thread for every questionable call Will certainly make watching more enjoyable

He was brought in as a camp arm because he knew the offense. I doubt they had designs on him being any more than that.

Yates knocked out. Taylor Heinicke in.

I guess Heinicke was too dumb to throw the ball away on that Steeler safety blitz.

Yates back in. The Taylor Heinicke era is over in Houston.
