DD4Bills
I'm a few years late (which just gives me more seasons to binge), but just got into and am really loving Bosch on Amazon Prime. Smart, gritty, decently paced. I had read a couple of Harry Bosch books way back in the day, but for some reason never watched the series until now. For fans of very slow burn foreign language fare, Katla on Netflix is worth checking out. Icelandic with subtitles (or I suppose you could watched in dubbed English if that's your thing) set in a remote mostly abandoned town impacted by a year-long (and counting) volcanic eruption. A bit sci-fi, a bit supernatural, very moody/creepy.
BringMetheHeadofLeonLett
The Serpent on Netflix is Very well done... gotta be able to handle some super-creepy, based on a true-story, stuff. good 70's feel, great writing/acting/soundtrack. Jenna Whatsherbucket is supercute and apparently the true story had to be tamed down a bit, as the creators felt it was too weird to be believable. Just Jack
Just finished The Story Of Late Night on CNN tonight. An easy show to binge, just 6 episodes. But they did not get into how much of a sneaky weasel Jay Leno is. Edited July 12, 2021 by Just Jack
The Poojer
1971, The Year That Music Changed Everything on Apple TV. I am about 4 or 5 episodes in, i was 8 in 1971 so i really wasn't in tune with it as it was going on, this documentary is pretty intense. Once i am done with this I am going to do the ?uestlove documentary about the Harlem Woodstock, during that same 71-72 time frame. Some really good stuff. transplantbillsfan
Not premium because everyone has access to Peacock, but Mr. Mercedes with Brian Gleeson is fantastic 9 episodes into season 1.
Johnny Hammersticks
Watched two episodes of Black Summer last night on Netflix. Not too bad...not too great. Going to give it a fair chance. Zombie apocalypse show, but the zombies in this one can run!

Rick 'r Mortis
Killing Eve on Hulu. The only other 'villian' that I've enjoyed as much as the blonde assassin is Mads as Hannibal in Hannibal.
Just Jack
Started watching Schmigadoon on Apple TV, it's a cross between a musical and a comedy....
The Poojer
McCartney 321 is absolutely must watch on Hulu. Rick Rubin points out things in Beatles songs that surprises Sir Paul. And to see Macca still get so excited about the music. Such a wonderful 6 episode docuseries 1

I watched the first episode last night. Pretty entertaining, but may be a tough premise to keep interesting all series (and I enjoy a good musical). Episode 1 was good. 51 minutes ago, The Poojer said: McCartney 321 is absolutely must watch on Hulu. Rick Rubin points out things in Beatles songs that surprises Sir Paul. That said, I really wish Rick Rubin would put on some f'ing shoes.

Was also recommended to us this past weekend by some friends. My wife has a hard time with shows portraying violence/abuse against children, but she can handle other “creepy” stuff. Just finished season 2 of Black Summer on Netflix which was a decent watch. Goes by quickly. One of those “brain candy” shows that you can watch both seasons in 3-4 nights without staying up all night.

transplantbillsfan
As a show that I don't think I've seen mentioned I started watching Watchmen on HBO Max a couple nights ago and got hooked. One piece of criteria I always use for judging shows is the Rotten Tomatoes Audience Reviews--significantly more important than the critics reviews... usually. This show is an exception. I'm 3 episodes in to a 9 episode season of hour long episodes and I'll finish by early next week. The show is weird, but very engaging. I'd recommend it.
