Could be any number of the past sucky teams. Bills, Jets, Browns, Titans, Buccanears, Chargers all come to mind.

 

Edit: Just looked it up and it surprises me that the Bears are on a 7 year playoff drought.

That shouldn’t surprise you too much, they’ve been in a  worse QB purgatory than we have!
