I saw today on the Fox NFL pregame show, Jay Glazer suspects as many as 12-14 teams may make coaching changes.  If anything near this number comes to fruition, there should be several to choose from.  Let's see what happens on Black Monday.

Let's see who shakes loose first. Not sure the Bills will can Rico tbh. I would on balance though I do think he has been a bit of a scapegoat, unfairly at times.

He's certainly not an elite oc, or even a good one at times

Is it an upgrade, though?

No. Denver's O is worse and QB play worse in McCoy's system than Dennison's. McCoy sucks.

McCoy was McD's first choice and he opted for Denver. Depends on whether or not he decides to let Dennison go and how much he feels about McCoy's not signing on the first time.

I think instead of shopping for retread coordinators who just got fired or the coach above was changed out you want to look for younger smarter quarterback coaches on teams. Say philly.. Kansas City maybe, if we’re drafting a quarterback which we know we are just don’t know how high of a round they’ll go, you need someone in here who can gel and groom young quarterbacks
