Sky Diver Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 (edited) In this weather, when they were taking chances on 4th down all day? Who made that ridiculous call? Edited December 24, 2017 by Sky Diver Corrected for the English professor.
row_33 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Isn’t this kind of routine for decent kickers?
Klaista2k Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 I'm not that upset about it. Bills offense wasn't able to get in the end zone all day and Haushka is usually money. Just a bad kick. It happens.
McNubbins Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 I'm sure Tyrod Taylor made the decision to go for the FG.
Sky Diver Posted December 24, 2017 Author Posted December 24, 2017 What weather? I guess you weren’t there.
BillnutinHouston Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Please write an intelligible sentence, and I'll get back to you.
Sky Diver Posted December 24, 2017 Author Posted December 24, 2017 (edited) Hauska was struggling from distance in warmups. It was cold and damp and the ball wasn’t carrying well. It was a terrible call. Edited December 24, 2017 by Sky Diver 1
Heitz Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Hauschka is 7 - 8 on 50 yard FGs, the Bills are 2 - 13 on Fourth Downs this season, FWIW. http://www.nfl.com/teams/buffalobills/statistics?team=BUF 1
CDogg20 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Season on the line, Pats offense is hot, you go for it. Cant trade fgs with the Pats* and expect to win

He had plenty of distance... what else?
row_33 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Not like a long FG has been made in zero visibility blizzard conditions for our viewing enjoyment for the Brady years
Bob in STL Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 The right call on 4th and 1 from the Pats* 33 was to go for the first down. Nothing to lose. Expecting the kicker to deliver a 50 yarder in cold and wind is not smart. The miss just handed them 7 yard plus the momentum. Bad decision.

row_33 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 It was all over by that point anyways, moral victory for the first 40 minutes today

Sky Diver Posted December 24, 2017 Author Posted December 24, 2017 He had plenty of distance? The ball landed far short.
Jackington Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 The first 4th down call was stupid, take the points. The second 4th down call to kick the 50 yard FG was stupid, go for it there. Not good coaching decisions.
Woodman19 Posted December 24, 2017 Posted December 24, 2017 Those 3 points were the decisive ones of the game..
