CNN SHOULD CHANGE ITS FORMAT BACK TO NEWS:

“The country is deeply divided and wracked with anxiety. There is a market for straight reporting without the shouting. If CNN doesn’t want to change their format for the good of the public, they should do it for the profits. Because, at this point, their ratings can’t get much worse.”

CNN Bombs in First Quarter, Fails to Crack Top 20 in Ratings

When the CNN debuted in 1980, it soon earned a reputation as the top source for quick information 24 hours a day, all week long. That was 40 years ago and objective journalism is hard to find on the network in 2020.  The liberal station has since fallen so far in the ratings that it was unable to generate even one program in the top 20 list during the first three months of 2020, which has been labeled “a dismal first quarter.”

According to an article posted on Friday by Matt Vespa, the senior editor for Townhall declared:

As liberal networks debate whether to pull broadcasting pressers from the President of the United States because they don’t like him, … Trump has made the network his top punching bag, and rightfully so.

It’s no secret that the top brass at CNN hate Trump.

Of course, Fox News continues to dominate the cable ratings while “even MSNBC, who hates Trump even more, was able to break into the top 20 on multiple fronts.”

THIS IS CNN:

CNN: People Of Color Should Not Wear Face Masks.

The CDC asked Americans to wear face coverings to help stop the spread of COVID-19 but CNN explains that perhaps people of color shouldn’t wear facemasks.

The quote that “Trevon Logan, an economics professor at Ohio State University, will not be following this guidance.”

“We have a lot of examples of the presumed criminality of black men in general,” Logan, who is black, told CNN. “And then we have the advice to go out in public in something that … can certainly be read as being criminal or nefarious, particularly when applied to black men.”
Logan is not alone in his concerns. On social media and in interviews with CNN, a number of people of color — activists, academics and ordinary Americans — expressed fears that homemade masks could exacerbate racial profiling and place blacks and Latinos in danger. And that is the basic content of the article.

Did they actually think this through?  If everyone is wearing some sort of face covering, who is going to stand out to possibly be profiled. People who are joining the crowd and covering their faces or people who aren’t wearing face coverings.
