No, he wasn't impeached for getting a blow job in the Oval Office or any of the myriad of other sexual misdeeds. He was impeached for lying under oath.

Clinton was impeached for lying to a grand jury while under oath. That's known in legal circles as perjury, and is illegal.

If you're looking for moral leadership from Washington then the joke is on you.

Ted Cruz should be given until noon tomorrow to surrender himself to CNN or @Acosta rides at the head of a posse to bring him to justice.

Bill Clinton was impeached because he perjured himself before Congress.

And you don't know what fascism is.

Technicalities?

You're an idiot, and a liar.

And the reason there is going to be a shooting war in America.

Media started pointing fingers at the NRA & Trump for overturning a bogus “mental illness” era Obama rule while bodies were still inside the school.

Little late to start complaining about blame.

Media wanted a culture war, they have it.

They expected @realDonaldTrump to be like W, Mitt and Jeb!. ............but he's not, he has been a blowhard celebrity for decades,

When you attack him................he responds...................imagine that.

and he does it over their heads with Tweets, and they still keep falling for it.

The liberal media is furious that @realDonaldTrump's tweets bypass their collapsing narrative. They dismiss it as a "meltdown" to try to minimize the impact, but he still got the truth past them. And boy, are they mad.

You're wasting your time.

Sex and scandal won't stop Trump. This has all been known about the guy for years and he still won the election. Bringing it back up again only shows the left and DNC have no other bullets left in their chamber. The Russian Collusion narrative died on the vine - worse is going to boomerang back and take down many in 44's administration and the DNC, painting Trump as a sexual abuser failed, painting him as an unfaithful husband didn't work either.

Trump is an apex predator when it comes to the media. He's evolved past them. We've seen it constantly with his ability to take an attack line used against him and turn it around to pummel the very same media outlets who pushed it. (See the origin of Fake News in the WaPo for example).

You're in for a rough time when the prosecutions start. Hope you've stocked up on tissues.

I'm not sure why alleged infidelity should persuade anyone  to change their perspective on the President's job in office or his ability to govern.

It is, unfortunately, something commonplace in our society (around a quarter of all married couples have one or both spouses admit to cheating), and seems the sort of thing that is between Donald Trump and his wife.

I'm not sure why I should care.

You're right... Trumps trysts probably don't conflict with much of what anybody thinks of him. -Sadly, that isn't the point.

The point is that many consider the breadth of this scandal beneath the dignity of the office of POTUS... He's not just the p___y-grabber in chief anymore, he's also the p___y-buyer in chief these days.

Fruthermore... If he's such a "bulletproof" "apex predator" -why all damn the hush money? -What's this mighty invincible creature afraid of?

You know what's funny. The same folks who lied us into those two trillion dollar wars are the same ones you're (likely) believing hook line and sinker when they talk to you about Russian collusion.

You're being lied to. Not by the same agencies, but the same people as before.

Yet you haven't picked up on that yet. Why? Is your partisanship too blinding?

I was just looking at this report on the top ten total primetime viewers on cable from February 5–11 and I can’t seem to find CNN? Something worth investigating @Acosta. CNN at least had more prime time viewers than the Hallmark Channel right? Oh wait.. http://www.adweek.com/tvnewser/basic-cable-ranker-week-of-feb-5/357307

You don't think famous people "pay" for sex? They pay with gifts, travel, etc., and even directly.

You never heard the famous maxim "I don't pay them to have sex, I pay them to go away"? A

You talk too much. Just shut up, and read up on what DR has laid out, and get "woke".

I understand not liking Trump. But it sure appears that he is taking the arrows to allow some really corrupt !@#$s to be exposed.

Trump knows. And they know he knows.

Stop worrying about Trump, and get tuned into what the previous administrations have been up to. It's way worse than anything Trump may have gotten into. Trump will be gone in 7 years at most, and what has been going on is WAY more of a threat to you and the country, because it's deeply rooted, and was quickly getting beyond any kind of control by voters.

Puh-leaze....

The man is a Maltempered, delusional, pathological liar, cover-up artist, and now serial JOHN... Besides that he can't deliver on any of his campaign promises.

-But it's CNN that's losing it's credibility, right?

Get YOURSELF "woke", buddy...

It's just a matter of time before Trump approaches a cute white house intern, and says "how much?"

He's pretty much delivered on all of his campaign promises, and more, with the only exception being the repeal of the ACA which he has roughly 7 more years to work on.

And he'll be doing it with a super majority in both houses of Congress, and probably another 2 or 3 Supreme Court Justices if the Democratic Party is as permanently decimated by what is rolling down the pipe as I expect them to be.

He has at least 7 years left in office, possibly more.  With the amount of political capital he is going to have to domestically and internationally after what's coming, it wouldn't surprise me.  He's been working on this since day one, hasn't spent a drop of political capital, is winning the battle to the higher moral ground, and is expressing a view point that the overwhelming majority of the country supports.

He'll get his wall, and I'd bet you dollars to doughnuts, through the wizardry of accounting, after reforms are made to various trade deals, Mexico does wind up paying for some portion of it.
