BigPappy Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 Very sad. RIP Dick. He was truly one of the best at calling sporting events, especially Football games. Many fond memories of him calling Bills games.
RobH063 Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 "Oh My" Mr. Enberg. You truly were a pleasure to listen to broadcasting both football and baseball games. Now you can go rest in peace and "Touch em all". You will be missed. 47 minutes ago, dollars 2 donuts said: I hate when I am reminded that I am getting old and that things, time and unfortunately, people, all pass. he was a good one. Condolences to his family. You and me both and the older I get, the more I'm reminded!
Beast Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 He was a giant. So many great Bills calls. RIP.
OldTimeAFLGuy Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 ....I think Dick's "oh my" and Keith Jackson's "whoa Nellie" are my all time favorites............. 1
wagon127 Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 If my memory serves, him and Dan Dierdorf called the Bills vs. Patriots 31-0 game. Great announcer, RIP Dick
True2Bills Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 I very rarely post, but Enberg calling Bills games on NBC in the 90's are such a great memories. He called the last AFC championship game for the Bills... RIP and thanks for being part of those memories Mr Enberg.

"Soon Olsen became part of one of the best front fours in NFL history. Deacon Jones, Rosey Grier, and Lamar Lundy joined Olsen on the defensive line in 1963 that was nicknamed "The Fearsome Foursome".[11] He was named the AP NFL Defensive Player of the Week for week 12 in 1965. Olsen scored his first touchdown in that game.
LABILLBACKER Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 Wow, he was the best. I can remember listening to my California Angels on my transistor with Dick Enberg and Don Drysdale. RIP " Oh My " 1
Livinginthepast Posted December 22, 2017 Posted December 22, 2017 He was a legend, one of the few broadcasters who I always liked. From the early days of paying attention to the NFL he was a fixture. Him and Don Criqui and Charlie Jones were the best of that era. He called some legendary games. god damn getting old sucks.
