Which is why I'm kind of having a hard time believing it.

If it was THAT bad, the team wouldn't have performed like it has.

Also, I genuinely have a hard time believing that anyone here knows anyone inside the organization (yes, even double deezy).

Call me a cynic.

Really?!? That hasn’t been proven on numerous occasions? You might not like my info but that doesn’t mean it isn’t true. I have lots of contacts at OBD. There are others here that have people as well.

Take it easy kirbs. It's not personal.

It's not just you I'm talking about here, it's Leroi, DD, you, and anyone else who says they have an in. The sources can never be confirmed, and therefore can't be trusted IMO.

I feel the same way about anonymously sourced journalism.

Ha ha, but I’ve said something would happen that no one even had on their radar and then happened. It’s happened a few times!! I come to this message board to seek love and affection that my home life doesn’t provide. I take confidential information and share it with a couple thousand strangers just so you guys will like me. I’m hurt, really hurt

I’ve been entertained. I believe that he has some info but it’s all over the place. There are a lot of inconsistencies too. It’s like a game of telephone. He’s getting some stuff but what is coming to us isn’t necessarily the same as what is coming out.

As an example he said that Whaley pushed for Zay Jones over JuJu because some former assistant coached him. That’s just not true. McDermott hired Zay’s college WR coach (Phil McGeoghan) to coach the WR now. That’s the driving force behind Zay, not some random old coach Whaley did a favor for.

The traditional Billsy process:

1. Start out the season fairly well

2. Mail-in a bunch of horrendous mid-season performances where it looks like the coaching staff is powerless against the players apathy.

3. An uptick in motivation/performance toward the end of year as players seek to keep jobs or improve free agency prospects with a good last impression.

4. Miss the playoffs by 1-2 games.

The COT running strong, everyone else at fault buy not the not good enough QB Tyrod.

Actually, there is no such thing as the COT.  There are only people like you who blame everything from global warming, to American obesity on TT.  If you didn't have your head so for up the Anti-TT azz you could have used your eyes to clearly see that the Jets game was lost because of DL and OL was dominated like they were a pop Warner crew and that TT was one of only a couple players who seemed to show up to play that week.

No one is saying TT is a long term answer, but for you to just constantly state false non sense to further your ridiculous agenda is a complete waste of time, yet here you are doing it daily.

TT had a terrible Saints game, one of the worst he has had as a Bill...but to say he had two terrible games in a row just showcases your lack of unbiased review of anything on the field making pretty any opinion of your pointless to discuss.

Brady has had the last three games un Brady like. Whether it is his age, this late in the season,

(remember last year he only played 12 games plus PO and this year already 14), or this deal

with his personal training coach fired for whatever reason, many people believe without

Brady the Pats are just another team.

I just think beat Gronk and you beat the Pats this year.

So I am sitting at home yesterday eating dinner watching Football Night in America on NBC, a show that shows highlights

of Sundays games, that is followed by a coach or player saying a few words. The Bills came on, and then Coach McDermott

said a few words. I was expecting something about praising Sean McCoy for going over 10,000 career rushing yards or

perhaps TT mentioned, as the two of them combined for almost all the points in the win over Miami. Or at least a shout out

to the O or D in the victory. Instead I lost half my food as I heard the magic words "Trust the Process".

Coach, Coach, the process is here. It is right in front of you Christmas Eve  and New Years Eve, becoming the name in the Buffalo

Bills history book as the Coach to lead us to the playoffs for the first time in 18 years. It doesn't matter weather it is

10-6 or 9-7' you are forever a hero. Or will your name go down in the books as Sean "Nathan" McDermott. I know, I know,

many are going to say we would have not won the Chargers game with TT at QB the whole game. That is possible, but the

game planning for that game with a rookie not ready for prime time playbook, certainly would have been different with TT.

Irregardless, with four INTS in over 13 games it would have been a different outcome. Coach we don't need to trust the

process, we need to win the game in Foxboro, a game that almost nobody thinks we can win. Maybe, we can't, but part of

the problem in winning in the NFL is how do we stop the other guys. We already know how to do that next Sunday, the

same way the Fish put it to the Pats Monday night, and that is to take Gronk out of the game, and not let a 40 year old QB

with no legs and a tired arm beat you. You are a D guru, so figure out how to stop Gronk who will be playing, and maybe we

get the job done. Coach, you and your staff have overachieved this  year. Just get us to the dance and stop worrying about a

mysterious process whatever you think that may be. To all of us, the process is just winning.

How are winning at Foxboro and trusting the process mutually exclusive? What is the process? Please don't think I'm picking on you, but we don't even know what "the process" is and we're all going postal when we hear those words. Honestly, Even if McD does get us to the playoffs, some fans will make these meaningless criticisms of a process they do not understand or hand clapping or whatever. He does need to improve his clock management skills and game management, but he's still new at it. We'll see if he can make strides there. We're 8-6 for the 1st time this century and everyone is ready to see him fired.

This is the third time we have been 8-6 this century. But i feel every time they say "trust the process" it sounds like, "Don't hate me right away if we suck, we will be good eventually." Hopefully they get to the playoffs this year, and come up with a better slogan for next year.
