Happy Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Just now, Doc said: Why didn't they kick the FG? There was time to take a shot at the EZ. If it didn't work, they would have kicked the FG
The Wiz Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Just now, Doc said: Why didn't they kick the FG? I wondered the same thing but I get why they tried. He should have thrown it out if the end zone.
MarlinTheMagician Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 So when we beat the Pats we open door for Steelers too! Perfect!
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 NFL Rules joke never stops amazing! Years ago I would've been pissed...now I just laugh because that was a catch. The rules just deny reality. Dumb. 1
mikemac2001 Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Just now, nkreed said: There is no CLEAR evidence that his hand wasn't under the ball! And that's the issue it was ruled a TD on the field and no proof to overturn that. Also the ball can move if they still have possession it's that rule for that Tampa bay WR Bert Emmanuel that they lost a playoff game because of it but they still go ahead and give it to the pats 1
Perry Turtle Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 This is the most over-officiated crap league in the world. Why let the talent of the athletes determine the winner of the game, when you can rely on a pencil-necked 70 year old geek with a tablet to figure out the winner. 1
peterpan Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 He caught it, brought it into his body, knee hit, then extended the ball over the goal line. Definite football move makes it a catch. 100%. only explanation is the refs rigged it for the Pats. Why does the NFL cheat for the pats I will never understand!!!! It's SO OBVIOUS how to beat the pats, I say it every time, tight man coverage and double gronk when he is flexed out. It's so easy.
MAJBobby Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Watching San Fran game as it is really the only game that matters for the Bills this afternoon

Happy Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 The problem with playing NE is you have to build a minimum 14 point lead toward the end of the game to have a shot at winning

Wayne Cubed Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 STAY WITH THE CALL ON THE FIELD!! Come on with this crap. Knee down. Ball crosses the goal line. You called it a TD. This is seriously ruining the game. 1
Helpmenow Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Jammed the Steelers at home, or any other home team. Very surprised
Kelly the Dog Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 That's really one of the worst calls ever. Because if you watch the replay the only reason he is able to reach out to try to make it to the endzone is because he has total possession. He brings it IN before he thrusts it out. That is indisputable proof he has possession of the ball. So it's a TD. 1
Avisan Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 You guys aren't thinking straight about this. He was going to the ground as part of the process of making the catch. He dives for it-- he HAS to maintain possession throughout. His hand is under the ball, but it moves and touches the ground slightly-- the ground has officially helped him control the ball, which invalidates the catch. It was the right call. Painful, but the right call.
Virgil Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 What the actual !@#$?! I just got knocked out of the fantasy playoffs because I lost the TD and had it turn into an INT. !@#$ the Pats. !@#$ Gronk. This just ruined my season in 5 seconds
Real McClappy Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 Well the Division title is gone on that BS Pats win. 1 minute ago, Avisan said: You guys aren't thinking straight about this.
