boyst Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 That's a good thing. He was the modern Wayne Fontes. Overrated af 3
Rc2catch Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 I like this guy as a coach. They may not have won meaningful games, but constantly in the playoff hunt during his time. He has always been smart about his hiring of assistants and gotten the most out of the talent they have had. Mostly mid level kinda players but he’s gotten the most out of them. Most of his assistants are head coaches now. I’d be interested to see what team/role he ends up with depending what his next steps for his career are

Bangarang Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Anyone on his staff, specifically on offense, worth going after?
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 I heard rumors of this. It doesn’t surprise me. Thanks Yolo

billsherd Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Does he make all personnel decisions at Bengals?
BobChalmers Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Teams were consistently dirty and undisciplined. Kind of bizarre he hadn't been fired years ago.
Gugny Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 I think the entire city of Cincinnati just collectively said, "it's about time." 1 1
GunnerBill Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 It is time. I'd be interested in Bill Lazor if we are making changes in the offensive coaching staff.

Well ... first we need to see who the next head coach is after McDermott is fired, tarred, feathered and hanged - because after all, he did punt instead of going for it on 4th and one last week. 26CornerBlitz Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Lewis' Time in Cincy Coming to an End Marvin Lewis' 15-year stint in Cincinnati is ending abruptly. Find out why the long-tenured coach and the Bengals are deciding to call it quits at the end of the season, according to Ian Rapoport.
