To celebrate Mississippi's 200th birthday they named an all time football team. A few Bills were mentioned including Kent Hull (1st team center) and Eric Moulds (honorable mention WR). There has been some really good talent produced here for such a small state.

QB:     Brett Favre, Archie Manning, Steve Mcnair

RB:     Walter Payton, Deuce Mccallister

WR:    Jerry Rice, Lance Alworth   (Eric Moulds, honorable mention)

TE:     Wesley Walls

OT:     Jackie Slater, Bruiser Kinard

OG:     Billy Shaw, Kline Gilbert

C:        Kent Hull

DE:     LC Greenwood, Verlon Biggs

DT:     Fletcher Cox, Tommy Kelly

LB:     Hugh Green, KJ Wright, Larry Grantham

DB:    Willie Brown, Lem Barney, Terrell Buckley, Jimmy Patton

K:       Steven Gostkowski

P:       Jerrell Wilson

I was a little disappointed when I read Eric Moulds was only "honorable mention."  How could they underrate such a gifted receiver?!?!

Then I saw who their starters were.

This is indeed a talented squad.

It's a honor to Moulds to mentioned with those guys - two of the all-time greats.

Good to see Billy Shaw on the list, too.  A little bit of Bills trivia that probably lots of Bills fans know but not many people outside of Buffalo (correct me if I'm wrong): Shaw is the only guy with a bust in Canton who never played in the NFL.

I didn't know this until about 10 years ago, but Eric Moulds use to come to my house when he was little.  I really don't remember because I was little too.  It was pretty cool when his mom and my my mom were talking about their kids and my mom told his that I was in the US Air Force.  His mom replied that her son played in the NFL.  Well, his mom won those bragging rights. Lol

I am curious if anyone has an answer for this. I was driving through Moulds hometown of Lucedale, MS and there is a sign proclaiming "Lucedale, MS, home of Pro Bowl receiver Eric Moulds". In the picture Moulds is in a Titans uniform. He did finish his career there but not even a full season. Did he have a falling out with the Bills organization? I was not aware if there were any negative feelings on either side?

I recall him playing for the Titans for a little while, but I don't remember if he played a whole year.

Where did you see that sign?  I travel to Lucedale everytime I go home (closest Walmart) and have never saw that sign.  You probably passed through my hometown of Beaumont too!  If you blink you missed it.
