Boat shopping: Advice needed

Think I might look for a boat (either motor or sail).

 

I like the control deck on this one. Easy to look at and operate. Not sure what everyone's thoughts are on this type of equipment. 

 

Feel free to comment as I start my search.

Agreed...it does look like a comfortable ride. I mean...comfort is key I think.

The head? I didn't even see a toilet in that pic.

 

I don't mind this control deck, but the one above appears to have everything right there for easy navigation.

This one is better than the 1st   imo

This one seems roomier too.

Ridiculous upkeep IMO. Save your money and get an 18-20' with an outboard. Way more practical and just as fun.

Might bring you moments of pleasure at first but operating that equipment over the long run can prove difficult and high maintenance.
