Jay_Fixit Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 And Darnold has a way of making a move as if he’s gonna take off (sometimes with a quick pump fake) and then jumping back into the pocket and making a throw. Does it all the time. Quote

In most airplanes, that is unrecoverable, and will get you killed! LOL Also, I just had to Google it, but the "Cotton Bowl" has not been played in the Cotton Bowl since 2010! WTF, over!? Does Jerry Jones have to RUIN everything!? I hate that ego-maniacal guy! LOL ETA: Darnold stinks! Edited December 30, 2017 by John in Jax Quote
Chicken Boo Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Not doing much to break that USC QB stigma. Quote
mannc Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Darnold—bust-in-waiting. I hope the Bills go nowhere near him. Quote

Buffalo Barbarian Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 No one could play QB under the conditions Darnold was in , was getting sacked, hit and hurried on every play. Quote

row_33 Posted December 30, 2017 Author Posted December 30, 2017 That saved me watching the second half last night. Good win for tOSU and the Big Ten. Quote
Billsfansinceday1 Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Lamar Jackson with 2 tds...1 on the ground and 1 passing. He is definitely explosive. Quote

He is so good. Needs to have the right coach/system in the nfl but going to be a great QB for some team, imo. Hope it’s not in our division. 2 hours ago, BuffaloHokie13 said: Sounds like the exact same list used to excuse Hackenberg's play. I actually compared the two after last season. Tons of similarities. Darnold is a lot more mobile. But the hype after the first season was premature for both. I like Darnold as a prospect but he struggled with an nfl defense last night (multiple soon-to—be NFL players and nfl DC/scheme) and didn’t look particularly interested or motivated (Hack looked like that too). He is talented and protypical but sloppy. Edited December 30, 2017 by YoloinOhio 1 Quote
Billsfansinceday1 Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Jackson is certainly not a finished product but is something to watch. Quote
BuffaloRebound Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 It's only one game, but Jackson doesn't look like he can beat you from the pocket, a necessity to be a successful NFL QB. Quote
YoloinOhio Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Watching mayfield and then watching darnold is so different. Mayfield is ultra fired up and competitive, a natural leader. Darnold seems like a nice kid but very laid back. Can’t tell how much he really wants to win. He always looks like he’s in slo-mo Quote

That’s how it looks. And then there's a 75 yard run that few could make. Quote

YoloinOhio Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Barkley playing in this bowl game is admirable but praying he doesn’t get hurt Quote
