Terry McAulay kicks off the fifteenth week of the NFL season with the Thursday night game in Indianapolis. Jeff Triplette and Walt Anderson will be working the two Saturday night games in Detroit and Kansas City, respectively.

Brad Allen has been assigned to work this Sunday’s Eagles-Giants game at MetLife Stadium, to where he was re-assigned in Week 11. Last week, he was also moved to the Colts-Bills game in Buffalo, so considering these occurrences, this assignment is subject to change.

Bill Vinovich and his crew are off this week.

Surprising given the number of negative plays in the run game this season.

Certainly an interesting statistic to measure .

TAILGATE FORECAST: Cold but not frigid. Partly cloudy. 8 a.m. temperature: 22, rising to 30 by midday. Roads should be mainly dry enroute to the stadium.

GAME TEMPERATURE: 33-36.

WIND: Light and variable early becoming SW in the afternoon, possibly increasing to 10-20mph. (Note: Models are in poor agreement on winds, with the US model showing a brisk SW wind, and the European and Canadian models showing just a light wind.)

PRECIPITATION: Mostly dry, slight chance of a few light snow showers.

FORECAST: Partly to mostly cloudy and seasonably cold. Slight chance of a few light snow showers. Breeze may pick up out of the SW in the afternoon. No weather-related travel problems to and from the stadium are currently indicated.

WHAT TO WEAR: Warm layers, gloves, hat, warm footwear. Obviously it will not be nearly so harsh as last Sunday, but it will be cold with temperatures rising through the 20s into the low-mid 30s.

Prisco's Picks: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/pete-priscos-nfl-week-15-picks-brady-will-rebound-lead-patriots-over-steelers/

Miami at Buffalo

1 p.m. ET (CBS)

The Dolphins impressed by beating the Patriots Monday night, including a good showing by Jay Cutler. That was good Cutler. Can it continue? I think it does here, provided there isn't another Buffalo blizzard. This is essentially a playoff game, with the loser out. I think the Dolphins will win it.

Pick: Dolphins 28, Bills 20

This is not surprising , coming from Prisco. He's putting a lot of stock into Cutler not having one of his patented meltdowns. Scary thing is, Prisco's  often right when he throws barbs at the Bills.

You gotta admit that Tolbert looked pretty good on his fumble run (fumble notwithstanding).

Yep, good run but....

Pistol Pete has never favored the Bills voluntarily.   It is actually amazing when he does pick the Bills.  (which he may have done against the Colts and yet a day or 2 later...)

A forced fumble.  It would have been worse if he coughed it up on his own.

That fumble was all on Tolbert. He had just run over someone and his momentum was stopped. He had to know defenders were right behind him. The fact that he had the ball in one arm swinging it as he ran instead of putting it to his gut with two arms is all on him. That is a fumble that he has to take full responsibility for.
