Punt75 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 It was obviously helmet to helmet - the video shows that. The announcer said that a QB that dives head first is to be treated like any other running back or receiver - what the hell does that mean in regards to helmet to helmet hits??? It was clear the Bills on the field were upset with a lot of pushing and shoving after the play. The tackler went low to the head when Peterman was on the ground (snow). Why was it basically ignored????????
PABillsfan23 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Once at QB dives head first all the rules protecting him are out the window. He becomes a running back
MAJBobby Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 He was a RB by going Head First and that call isnt called against RBs
Mrbojanglezs Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Because he is a nobody backup. Refs don't care about anyone other than Brady 1
TallskiWallski83 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 It was questioned. By every bills fan watching. "WTF WERE YOU THINKING PETERMAN?!!?!?!??"
Dadonkadonk Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Perfectly legal play. He dove head first. Defender hit him at the same time he was hitting the ground. Love the enthusiasm but an extra 4 inches at that time of the game is not worth it.

Jerome007 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 At first I was indeed pissed at the COlts player. Probably that because of the weather there were very little hard shots so it seemed "inappropriate" LOL But yeah, this was on Peterman. Tough way to learn! And he was looking decent out there.

Hawaii50 Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 I seriously wonder if the refs could see the hit on Peterman. Plus they didn't want to throw any flags to prolong game.
