I was at that game.

 

Manning only played the first half or so.

 

I just stayed home for this one.

 

I figured it would be a nightmare getting home to Canada.

 

Plus the GF didn't feel like getting soaked were too old for that.

I'd say "were" inept....their record over the last 4 years is above .500.  That isn't inept.  Everyone wants to ignore the fact the Bills have not been "bad" in several years...they are average.
