All of Petermans mistakes are from him being aggressive and trying to make things happen.  If you can iron that out, he may be quite good.

Great observation.

There are good mistakes and bad mistakes.

Hopefully Nate is OK, learned about sliding feet first, and doesn't do that gain.

He is still learning many lessons about everything every time he plays.

As do all rookies.

Christ Andrew Luck took sliding lessons 2 seasons ago.

Most do

but Wilson has been a great feet first slider his whole career... it's why he's never missed a start

Peterman had a habit of head first diving at Pitt, in the pre season and in live game action so far

he needs to clean that up

Peterman played pretty well, except for the decision to slide head first.  Giving the conditions, it's hard to blame receivers too much for drops.  This is the kind of game where you can give kudos for good performances, but you can't penalize those who struggle with the weather too much.  I'm assuming Tyrod will be ready for next week.  I think he was close to being ready this week.   I expect Peterman will be inactive next week even if he's out of concussion protocol.  As a rookie QB, he really needs his practice reps, and he's not going to get much this week.

It's scary enough to think Peterman needs to start in these games down the stretch, but Joe Webb...

Let's hope Tyrod is ready to go next week.

No, lets not

He must have cheated.

His decision making skills are terrible.

Kind of like your posting skills. <_<

If Peterman is dumb, what does that make Tyrod?  At least Peterman can read a defense and knows to throw it to receivers and not running backs.

The guy got his shot, threw 5 interceptions in a 30 minute span and was benched for a QB who was benched in the middle of the playoff race.

No, Peterman does NOT know how to read a defense.

Lol

Yup. EJ & Taylor both had to learn that the hard way too.

I understand that. So was Tom Brady and he slides well too

its just something Peterman needs to work on, that's all

Nate K-a-nocked F'n Brady's helmet off.

Choice moment in time. Choice.

That is literally the one time TB got decapitated.

its happened like once in 15 years... it's a shame he doesn't get cracked like that more.

he wouldn't be playing still

but he got right back up

Ive been around the game my whole life. Seen it from a players, coaches and scouting perspective

ive never seen a player go from a 190LB scrawny twig with a noodle arm..

to a 230 LB man with a huge arm...

it blows my mind... he was so small at Michigan

Douche bag classless tyrod fanboy.

Not only do I fully support NP but I moved on from Tyrod a long time ago.

I don't know (yet) whether NP has enuf of what it takes to be successful but I'm sure he will get his shot and I look forward to seeing him play.

He has a bad habit of sliding face first (you may have noticed if you have been paying attention, which I doubt). So yeah I hope this knocks some sense into him. Otherwise he won't be around for long.

So go get stuffed  already.

I've been saying it. When something seems incredible, it usually isn't.
