Bangarang Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 Jets Dolphins Browns Broncos Giants Cardinals All those teams need a QB and have a worse record than we do. Then you have a team like the Bengals who could easily cut Dalton and be in the market for a QB. Then are teams like the Chargers, Saints and Steelers who may want to replace their aging QBs. Then teams like the Jags who need a QB and even the Vikings who could go after one.

This is a QB driven league and you do not pass up on the chance to land a franchise QB if you need one. Bills have been trying to replace Jim Kelly since he retired after the 1996 season. He is a winner but red flags over temperament and discipline. Reminds many of Johnny Manziel. We did last year... not just once but possibly twice. 1
Kirby Jackson Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 We need to keep our eyes on the Bears and 49ers. Those are the targets. 1

Tatonka68 Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 How many draft picks would you trade for the next Jim Kelly? Answer, ALL.

Those teams will not be drafting a QB. All things being equal it would be tough for the Bills to get their guy but you have to include the draft capital we have into any discussion. We hold a lot of value for a team that thinks they already have their guy or picked one up in FA. Its possible both our picks could be closer to 10 than 20. At that point we likely hold more value then Denver does, not considering any second rounders,of which we hold more value. Frisco and Indy are in good position right now to be our trading partner.
Marty McFly Posted December 3, 2017 Posted December 3, 2017 I think we are def trading up for a QB or taking a QB in the 1st. There is no way they neglect the position after they cut tyrod plus the 5 int debacle stench.

I fully agree they have to take a shot, but you kinda missed the point.....the answer to the question....how much you give up depends on how solid you feel about “the guy”.
