buffaloboyinATL Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 • OG/OT Kyle Kosier, San Francisco (compensation: seventh round): Tough, versatile blocker who has 29 starts in three seasons. Started nine games at left tackle for the 49ers in 2004 and gave a good accounting. His best position, however, is guard. His progress has probably been stymied a bit by the fact San Francisco has moved him around so much to fill holes on its blocking unit. He is a restricted free agent and would cost us a seventh round pick. They might be willing to let him go because of the money they spent to get Jonas Jennings. Seems like a good option that might not cost too much.
Navy Chief Navy Pride Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 A 7th round pick for a proven guy! I'd give a 7th for depth alone and this guy has started the last 3 yrs He ain't here yet?
