May Day 10
I would say very bad. The more you are 'into' a band, the worse it is. Especially if they are a band who mixes up their sets
Gugny
Bad. I always like to predict opening songs and I like to be surprised. I saw Rush in 1987. For many years, "Spirit of Radio" was their opener. Predictable, right? Not that night. They opened with, "Big Money." I wasn't happy with the choice, but it's still something I talk about 30 years later .... because it was so shocking. I would never want to know the setlist prior to any show or any band. It has been rare to see the electric version of the Strawbs in the States. This is about a once in 5 year event as they usually tour as the Accoustic Strawbs. The accoustic version consists of Dave Cousins, Dave Lambert and Chas Cronk. Cousins is a founder and Lambert and Cronk have been in the band since the 70's. The electric version has two other musicians, one on keyboard and one on drums. If you can see either band, you won't go away disappointed. You won't find better musicians. I believe this was Rick Wakeman's first band. They also had Sandy Denny as a member when she was just starting. Homer N.Y. is about 30 minutes south of Syracuse. Just Jack is from Syracuse so I thought he might find that informative.
