Sammy Watkins' Rib Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 Gaines is good. Great to have him back in the lineup. But I do think there is quite a bit of coincidence to his being out and the defensive struggles. Hopefully the defense will be solid the final 5 games regardless of who is in and out. I want to think that that 3 game nightmare stretch in November was just a bad anomaly and not what the defense will be finishing the season..
