SaviorPeterman Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Tom Brady needs 2 TD passes on Sunday to move past Fitzpatrick for most TD passes thrown at Ralph Willson/New Era stadium the last 20 years. Keep in mind this is an opposing team's QB that only plays in Buffalo once per season, not 8 times a year like our own QB's! Quote Boston Sports Info @bostonsportsinf Tom Brady, if he throws 2 TD passes Sunday, will move past Ryan Fitzpatrick for the most TD passes at Ralph Wilson/New Era Stadium in the last 20 years ouch Current TD's Ryan Fitzpatrick - 39 Tom Brady - 38 Drew Bledsoe - 30 1
The Wiz Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 (edited) Yea just go ahead and delete this thread. Or set it on fire. Or both. Got enough depressing stats about how we fair against them. Edited November 28, 2017 by The Wiz 4
C.Biscuit97 Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 I'm starting to think part of the Bills' problem of the last 17 years is quarterback. 1 2
gomper Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Lol. This speaks to so many things, I don't know where to begin. 1

Honestly though, how many of our own QBs have started 17 home games in that span? Edited November 28, 2017 by BuffaloHokie13
Boatdrinks Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Yep it's sickening. No go manipulate yourself to Pats game films utilizing your Brady inflatable doll. Thanks for stopping by.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Saw this earlier and it's no surprise who turned it into a thread. One team has had stability at QB since 2001 while another hasn't. The stat isn't exactly a surprise with Brady playing at RWS/New Era once per year.
YoloinOhio Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 He’s not already there? That’s surprising.

Not many, but it's basically 2 full home seasons worth of games. So off the top of my head...Bledsoe, Fitz, Edwards, Taylor are probably the only qualifiers.Losman might be close too. But when you consider the last 20 years total, Brady has only been starting since the 2001 season and he also missed 2008 so didn't play in Buffalo that year. So that's only 14 starts in Buffalo posting these numbers (not including the upcoming one on Sunday). Either way it's a very depressing statistic and points to what has been the main issue the last 17 years in Buffalo, not having a franchise QB.
Captain Murica Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Is that good? I thought you have to run the ball in Buffalo to be successful.
Royale with Cheese Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Just goes to show you how bad we have been at the QB position. We haven't had a QB throw more than 40 TD's at home, even ones that were our starting QB's for multiple seasons. That's 8 games a year....
teef Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 in the brady stats thread, i made the comment that whenever i hear a new brady stat, i cringe. this one is on the mega cringy side.

Well win or lose, there's usually plenty of negativity to go around here. The bills could beat the Pat's 52-0 and there would still be complaining threads.

CodeMonkey Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Also from the same source ... Tom Brady needs 1 win to tie for the most wins as QB at Ralph Wilson/New Era Stadium since 2001 Drew Bledsoe - 14 - (14-10, .583) Ryan Fitzpatrick - 14 - (14-16, .467) Tom Brady - 13 - (13-2, .867) Tyrod Taylor - 12 - (12-7, .632)
